Jane is a graduate of Yorktowne Business School and has been in the Real Estate Property tax industry for over 35 years, working with TransAmerica, First American, CoreLogic, SLK Global (aka CoForge) Accumatch (aka Lereta), ChainLogix and Sage Title Group, LLC.
Jaeger’s scope of knowledge has allowed her to work with advancements in RPA processing and has led to her be able to design several platforms for both title and tax servicing operations.
Ryon Alcorn, a seasoned management professional in the real estate tax/title space, brings his 30 years of operational experience and subject matter expertise to the United Tax team. Specializing in complex property tax issues, Ryon understands daily challenges facing both escrow and examination, providing clear, concise, and timely solutions to the customer. Ryon is a member of TLTA and a TLTA school graduate.
Ryon attended the University of Texas at Arlington. Ryon and his wife, Cherie spend most of their weekends highly involved in the youth soccer programs of north Texas, where Ryon has coached for over 15 years.
Matt Berzins brings to United Tax Services a passion for the title insurance industry and a drive to continually improve upon it. With over a decade of executive business development experience, 4 years of which was spent working directly with title professionals across the United States, Matt specializes in process integration and policy automation. He has helped develop several breakthrough technologies to empower agencies and escrow officers and is always looking for the next challenge.
Matt attended University of Washington, where he studied Business Administration. You can typically find him enjoying a round of golf or trying new recipes with his wife, Shelby.
Chris Flynn joined United Tax in 2019, bringing more than 30 years of real estate tax/title industry leadership, computer software expertise, and management experience to his role with the company. Chris focuses on strategy, leadership, innovation, and excels in customer relationships and retention. A former President’s Award winner and TLTA school graduate, Chris has been a long-time member of Texas Land Title Association.
Chris is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce (ETSU) and a member of the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame. Chris and wife, Jamie enjoy family time, great food, and live music.
