Ordering A Tax Certificate

Request An Update or Reorder a Tax Certificate

Reorders and updates are ordered the exact same way as new orders. Our proprietary system recognizes the file and ensures you aren’t double billed. You can view guides on how to place orders here.

How long does a tax certificate take to fulfill?

Our system leverages the most advanced real time geo-location and parcel verification system in the industry, allowing for rapid turn times. Many states and counties are returned in just minutes, while some may take up to 24 hours. If you have a question about a particular area, please contact us directly.

I Need My Order Rushed!

No problem! We can help with that in many ways. You can

  1. Request a rush directly through your integration by adding a note to the order confirmation box
  2. Send an email to [email protected]

Integrations

We currently support RamQuest and SoftPro, with future integrations already underway. We look forward to fulfilling your orders, no matter your closing software.

Changing Your Order

Whether you need to add a parcel, remove a parcel, or something more involved, we can help with that! You can email us at [email protected]. Just include the GF# in your web message or the subject line of your email.

Cancel Your Order

Funding fall through? Buyer pulled out after inspection? No problem! You don’t need to do a thing; we will reconcile all orders at the end of the month to ensure you’re never charged in error for a file that didn’t close.

Billing is handled the same for all of our customers.

Forms of PaymentOur billing department will send you an email with details on all the forms of payments we accept.

Billing FrequencyPayment is due on the 1st of every month.
