A Message from the CEO | Accomplished Design. Exceptional Service.

I was recently asked about the meaning of our company slogan, “Accomplished Design. Exceptional Service”. Being put on the spot, I initially fumbled around for words to describe the term that to me, speaks for itself. I quickly came to the realization that while these words make perfect sense to me, I needed to add context. 

Accomplished Design – For almost 35 years I have been deeply immersed in the tax reporting/title services industry. I’ve managed to build a lifelong career working for, and alongside many charismatic and innovative business personalities. And as the saying goes, “once you’re in the title business, you’re never getting out” – call me guilty. One note though; I’ve never wanted to get out. Now, was it always easy? No. Was it worth it? That’s a hard yes. The relationships that I have forged through my experiences in the title industry will last a lifetime. Throughout my career, I’ve been blessed to learn from the best, even from my earliest days in the business. And while many of us professionally have gone different directions, the wealth of information that I have been exposed to over the years is invaluable. As technology continues to rocket forward, innovation becomes critical in an ultra-competitive industry like ours. Tax reporting has evolved a hundred-fold from the early days of driving from entity to entity, examining tax ledgers, handwriting out reports in triplicate for proofers to review, and typists to type. Over the years, new data collection methods have simplified the process, providing efficiencies and accelerating turn times. More recently, “Real Time” collection methods have enhanced reporting solutions, delivering in most cases, up-to- date assessor/collector information in a matter of minutes. And while all forms of data aggregation have an “Achilles heel”, the pluses far outweigh the minuses when it comes to timely, accurate, and consistent tax reporting.
