A Message from the CEO | Year End Letter to Our Customers
It’s hard to believe the Christmas season is already upon us, and most are preparing for a well-deserved rest with family and friends. On a corporate level, the winter holiday is usually the time when companies take stock of the year gone by and get ready to start implementing fresh initiatives for the New Year.
At United Tax Services, this has been an incredible year for our company as we have managed to reach many of our stretch goals. Below are just a few of the benchmarks achieved in 2021.
- With the timely January introduction of our sleek, new proprietary tax reporting system, Veritax, we have successfully opened access to new lines of business on a state and national scale.
- Providing workplace efficiencies to our customers is paramount, hence the ability to offer up multiple integrated solutions is a complimentary strength. While not always a quick and easy tech initiative, we’ve successfully secured closing platform synergies with ResWare, RamQuest and Qualia. This is a game changer!
- While our main commitment in 2021 was clearly Texas expansion, we kept our eye on the horizon. I am referring to national tax reporting capabilities. Our tech team completed buildout of our National Tax Service, which “sets the table” for incredible opportunities in 2022.
Our United Tax team members came together to discover and implement new ways to help our customers and partners rapidly react to the changing nature of business and customer experience. Listening to their needs led to the growth of our offerings and new services, such as PID/NTP reporting.
As we continue to experience record growth, our UTS family grew as well. Dubbed the “Dream Team”, I can’t say enough about the dedication and relentless commitment to delighting our customers.
To each and everyone of the United Tax Team, I am so proud to be part of an organization alongside you. Thank you for everything you do to make United Tax Services a leader in our industry. 2022 is going to be incredible! Happy Holidays to you and yours!
